The Ultrapack Tool is engineered for secure material retention during CNC routing, packing chips into the cut to prevent small parts from lifting, shifting, or being pulled into dust extraction.

Designed for production environments, it delivers clean edges, stable cuts, and consistent results across nested jobs, detailed profiles, and high-throughput panel work.
Key benefits
Chip-packing geometry holds parts firmly in place during cutting — no lifting, no chatter.
Ideal for small parts, nested jobs, and thin materials where vacuum hold-down alone isn’t enough.
Produces clean, crisp edges with reduced vibration and improved dimensional accuracy.
Reduces re-cuts, scrap, and operator intervention — set it and run.
Excellent performance on ACM, MDF, plywood, laminates, and non-abrasive composites.
Designed for production CNC work
The Ultrapack Tool is purpose-built for sign makers, cabinet shops, and CNC operators who run nested sheets, detailed profiles, and small components.

When part security matters more than raw chip evacuation, Ultrapack delivers stability, repeatability, and confidence on every job.

Why Trust our Tools

We use the very same tools we sell in our own CNC and Trade work, and have been for years. And trust, we have used and been frustrated with expensive sub-par tooling in the market like you have; and we want you to experience what its like to use amazing tools.

What if my Tool prematurely Snaps?

Likelyhood is that this is either due to incorrect speed/feed rates, the wrong diameter (size) being used, or too much material being removed in one pass.
Suggested fixes include: upgrading to a larger diameter tool, checking the material compatability and speed/feed recommendation on our product's page, or consulting our team on better recommendations.

How do I get the best tool Life?

Clean off any aluminium or plastic swarf that may be stuck to the tool, and wipe down with Isopropyl Alcohol, or Methylated Spirits.
Additionally, in running carbide tools, make sure that workholding is rigid and loose parts are secured during cutting to prevent vibration and premature tool snapping or chipping.
Ensure tool paths include lead-ins, and that tool stick-out is a minimal as possible.
Make sure you are using premium good-quality collets and tool holders with high-accuracy

How fast are orders dispatched?

Same day if before 11am, otherwise the next morning.
If your order is urgent, please add notes in the order and the team may be able to fast-track dispatch.

What if I ordered the wrong bit?

If you wish to return, please see our return policy in the footer. There is a 15% restocking fee and freight is the customers responsibility.

Can I get technical advice before ordering?

Absolutely. Please feel free to call the team, who are more than happy to help, give guidance and point you in the right direction for your requirements.

Do we offer trade pricing or bulk discounts?

Yes. Please contact the team first before ordering. We will assess the quantity and may provide bulk discounts via a coupon or setting you up with an account.

Can I use CNC router bits in a handheld router?

Yes, absolutely. You may be more prone to backlash and chatter without a rigid setup.

How do I get the best edge quality?

Sharp new tools always leave the best edge finish; therefore it is advantageous to use a roughing tool, and a new clean finishing tool for the last pass
